The slitting machine can divide the big width strip into Max.15 pcs of same small width strip that will be collected on the 800mm spools for flux cored welding wire production line.
It is expandable payoff that customer can load the raw strip coil on the pay-off body and make the mandrel expanded to tighten the strip coil on the pay-off.
There are hard alloy blade set for slitting the raw strip coil and driven by the motor, there is small spool mainly used for collecting the edge of strip.
We design the pan for collecting the slit strip with 15 grooves. There are holes on the pan so that customer could check the slit strip quantity easily. The pan can be take-up to collect the slit strip and also can be pay-off for rewinding the slit strip on 800mm spools.
The slit strip in each groove of the pan will be rewound on the spools one by one. The 800mm spool take-up will be also pay-off for flux cored welding wire production line.
